All of our Brazilian (Churrasco) Super Skewers all made of 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and are Made In The USA. They have 6″ long wood handles (Stainless Steel handles are also available) and the blades are 23.75″ long. It is not recommended to put the wood handled skewers in the oven. Wood handles will burn.
The Forked Skewer is great for sausages, brats, and any other wide and/or long pieces of meat including salmon steaks or fillets, steelhead or other larger fish. The tines are 3/16" round, 304 stainless steel (will not rust). They clean up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer.
