Review : They dont split the vegtables
It is hard if not impossible to skewer vegetables with some skewers that are round or square. The shape of these work much better but using common sense go with the grain of the onion and celery. Mushrooms require a deft approach and they do have a grain even thought it is hard to see until they fracture. These were a great value. The celebrity chefs should stick to being celibrities instead of trying to get a piece of every crumb sold. IMHO.
