The Rosle Kabob Rack and Skewers are an excellent addition to my BBQ. The skewers are brilliant as they can be fixed on the rack and the food grills from all four sides. I found that mushrooms often fall apart on a a regular skewer but the Rosle dual skewer design does not have that problem.
